Checked bank account online and saw the following: OTHER DECREASE Jan 28 05:02
L1H 8772402563 EPAY. I called the number and was told that it was a one time processing fee. I told them that I did not authorize the transaction and that I wanted the money returned. They said that it would take 15 days. I informed them that it should not take that long. They were also informed of the fact that their transaction would leave insufficient funds in the account to cover checks for bills that were already written. They were made aware of the fact that if the money was not returned they would be liable for any overdraft fees that were caused by their illegal transaction.
