I paid for the Home Protection plan that would repair or replace items in/on your home. In Aug. 2012 I filed a claim & received an email that due to so many claims they are out of business, but the owner was going to refund the FULL purchased price. They wanted my credit card info to return the purchased price, but I got rid of my credit card as it was scammed last year, so they agreed to send a cashiers check but after 7 months, I have not received a check, they do not answer their phones even though their website is still active. These people are just scamming everyone that they can. I filled a complaint with the BBB & they could not get an answer from them either. Everyone should be warned not to do business with these people.
