I tried their samples at a reduced rate, and found that it made my exzema worse than what it is. After a couple of weeks I received more cream at full price. I did not order this but was sent it anyway and they charged my credit card full price. Upon receiving it I placed a phone call to them and told them that I would be returning the product by register mail. They gave me a return authoration number (r4487321-LD) and I still have not received a credit on my credit card for this. This is a rip off and no company should treat customers like this. I will never order from them again and no one else should.
