A free trial of Veloura was ordered on January 8th 2013 and bank details were given for postal costs to be deducted.On receipt of the sample 10 days later a letter informed me that if the sample was not returned to the supplier within 14 days of the order my account would be charged 74.95 GB Pounds. I tried 'phoning them on the number given,but it was unobtainable and remains so to this day.I returned the sample to Veloura and went to my bank to arrange to block my account from being debited further.However,last week my account was debited by 74.95 GBP. I contacted the bank who have now reversed the charge and undertook to rewverse all further charges.
This company is operating a fraudulent scam that everyone should be made aware of.
