In summary,
1. very bad customer service - first reply which showed the rep completely misunderstood my mail; and another reply at 20 days after my clarification, stating dealfind has no responsibility for their mistake on the coupon.
2. the voucher I bough from dealfind is misleading: The 2nd page actually misled me and let me think that I can use the voucher directly at the ski Resort (although I noticed that on the first page it was said that I can contact fsmarketing to redeem the voucher, I thought it was another option because of the information on the second page).
The following was printed on the 2nd page:

1. Print the Voucher.
2. Present the Voucher at Lakeridge Ski Resort.
3. Enjoy!
So, although I bought the voucher in Sep 2012, I waited until Dec 2012 yesterday to use it at the ski resort.
However, the resort didn’t have the 50% off coupon book I bought. So I have to buy two tickets with the original price. Because of the misleading of the voucher, I wasted $18.25 (before tax) per ticket; so in total, I wasted $41.25 (after tax)
Plus the time i dealt with the resort staff, and the time i wasted to send mails back and forth to the Dealfind rep who has no way to understand my points – i waste at least $200 and a lot of my energy! i will tell this story to all my network.
