Sent an email asking about the authenticity of the fitflops sold on the site, received a reply stating that all products are guaranteed OEM quality in good condition. Bought 2 pairs of fitflops from this site, received but they are terrible quality and in awful condition, and most certainly not authentic. Was also charged extra for no reason. Emailed them to make a return but responses from the site have been unsatisfactory - they do not understand English. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.
