I ordered a Canada goose jacket that was suppose to be authentic. The site was WintersParkas.com . Thinking this was a legitimate company . It took 7 days to arrive to me to only find out that the jacket was the wrong size and that it had come from China
When I tried to get in touch with them there was no phone contact and was not receiving back responds to my e-mails.
I wanted to make arrangements to have the jacket returned for a full refund to my credit card. I find out that the charge for the coat was not through this WinterParkas site it was to this Wonfortune Ltd in China. Either way I have been unsuccessful in resolving this issue. I am stuck with a coat that doesn't fit and not getting any response from them on how to get my refund. Very upsetting this has become for me. I want others to be very wary about buying online. It has been unfortunately a costly lesson!

- I also bought a 'Canada Goose" jacket from winterparkasoutlet.com. only to receive a really poorly made counterfeit jacket. I contacted VISA and faxed them all the e-mails to prove that I tried to send it back and that the coat was a counterfeit. I got a full refund from VISA. Don't let this company bully you and let them know you are starting a dispute with VISA. They claimed it would hurt my credit rating which is not true, it hurts their merchant record. You should not have to keep something that you do not want. Good luck!!
