The Kroger "Value" brand 4-roll Bathroom Tissue is good for nothing. The description on the package is nothing but lies. It is not 'Soft-Strong or Absorbent.The facts are it is too thin,rough,weak and for practical use is not people compatible. It is low priced, but I wouldn't give 2 cents for it again! It needs to be taken off the market!

- If you're looking for a quality bathroom tissue at good price then try Costco's Kirkland brand. Let me know what you think after trying it.
