I orderered a Canada goose jacket from this web page they claimed it was an authentic and that the price was significantly reduced from the original asking price. I was totally unaware that I was ordering it from China . I assumed it was being shipped right here from Canada. It took approximately 7 days for it to arrive.
Upon receiving it that is when I discover it had been shipped from China. Unfortunately the coat was too small. I then tried on numerous e-mails to contact them about returning the jacket.
Their own web site page would not respond to me.
I tried a customer service and proceed to get a respond from a personal representative named Alice Eileen. Who basically was giving me the run around about the cost involved in shipping back etc. I wanted my full refund for the purchase . She would not provide me with an address and warned me that there could be a possibility that the item could be lost in transit, then I would without the jacket as well as the money. I have been extremely stressed out by what has happened to me. And the fact that I am out the money and a coat that is of no use to me. Unfortunately it has been a lesson in buyer beware. It sickens me to think that there are people who claim to be legitimate companies with legitimate products only to be fooled. Even the bag the jacket came in stated that it was "Made in Canada".... even angeries me more!
