In november I sent the payment of 240 dollars thru there automated phone system, a couple of weeks later my phone was cut, so I checked my bank account and noticed that they never charged me for the 240 dollars. I sent a letter to them explaining the situation, and they replied a month later with a amicable refund for the connection fee, fine but by that time they had already discontinued my phone service, and now they say that I owe about 1600 for the disconnection of the phones. It was all there fault and they want me to pay for there mistake.
