What a shock I received when I saw my account charged for $75.93. I only signed up for $11.99/month. I tried to get a refund but got the online account status run around to turn off the automatic renewal and to click on the unsubsribe me. Those actions do not refund for months not used!!! Beware of this awful site. I just want my money back!
