Cell phone sellers offering a great deal. Even takes Paypal. Find out that they send the paypal payment to some dupe here in the US that is promised 15% if the forward payments for them through Western Union or Money Gram. Yes, just the name Western Union should tip off anyone that it is a scam, but no, some people don't do their homework. Needless to say - there are no phones!!
