while giveing dish network@ a friend as a customer, which i had ask about a new customer signing bonus. thier coustomer service rep.asigned me a second acc. at my friends new add.without my knowlage. dish network@ or thier executive resolution team is holding me responsable for a unpaid bill of $692. an has already put this on my credit report,all three bureaus. and will not take responsability for this themselives.
