I have buy two product through clicksure, Home Website Builder and Online Income Solution. It have 60 days money back guarantee. After I make the purchase, I found it is not not as described. So I request for refund. Clicksure told me that because I request refund in less than 7 days, the order will be cancel instead of refund. I check my online bank and found that they charge in RMB but not USD. It is already strange. And I have ask the bank, the bank told me that the transaction have been done without cancellation. I email Clicksure again and they reply with the same answer. Today (2/2/2013) I check again my online bank. I found that Clicksure charge me once more!!! Without the refund, they charge me once again!! I email Clicksure again and they just ask me to contact the bank for the refund issue. I think they are not going to refund. And I am afraid they will charge me when they are not happy.
