I placed an order Jan 6 the amount was debited from my boyfriends account the following day.

Noted in delivery T&Cs they say delivery time can take up to 14 working days so I didn't chase straight away. Emailed 17, 18, 24, 29 January and received no response. I left a voicemail 21 Jan leaving my contact number but again no response, I then call again today 1 Feb to hear their mailbox is now full, that figures!

I've been pretty patient giving them the benefit of the doubt knowing that the item could be shipped in from the US and therefore take longer to arrive. It's been almost a month with no update. The product was a gift from my boyfriend for my birthday I'm pretty upset :(

    I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience we caused you when placing an order through us.

    However I can assure you that we refund in full ALL orders that for whatever reason are not fulfilled. We are only a small business doing our absolute utmost to keep all operations in order and running as efficiently as possible.

    You will be pleased to know that we have just updated our website to make it more efficient and keep more up to date with the products we sell on there. We have also recruited more staff to assist with customer services as we appreciate it did need addressing at times.

    We have recently done a survey and find that only a small percentage of customers would not use again so we are definitely getting there!

    Sorry again for any dissatisfaction we may have caused you with your order but can proudly say we are sorting things out and hopefully creating a great reputation within the industry these days.
