i bought a replacement phone for my net 10 service and had it activated, it worked fine until i tried to add time, they said my debt cards were all invalid so i contacted the company using my wifes phone which is also net 10 they said it would take 24 to 72 hours to fix, i waited 72 hours and it still wasnt fixed so i called them again, they again tried to do repairs and said it would take another 34 to 48 hours ao i asked them about the wasted time on both phones trying to resolve this issue on both my and my wife phone, i was origanlly told i would get 200 minute on my phone plus time on my wife phone for the troubles which wasnt decided on at the time, now they still havent repaired their system and they say im only going to get 20 minutes on my phone
