I received a phone call from miss birch telling me my loan was approved in order to get my loan I had to send shanniece lynch $540 dollars for my first 3 months of payments I was told once payment was verified funds will be into my account 5 hours later I got nothing I called she was fired dealt with a Melanie I was told by her that i was given false info I need to send $424....to shanniece lynch again same thing no money it's been 2 weeks and still waiting I was then contacted by a glen Duncan he said he was a senior loan officer (very rude person to deal with unprofessional doesn't say company name when he answer the phone...I advised him I want a refund or I will be calling the police and fraud dept.....I was told a refund for feb 14...... But looking at all these people with same compliant I won't hold my breath..... But I will say I did report this company to the anti fraud hot line and they are investigating this matter......Beware of this place...
