I too received a Rapid Notice envelope asking for $20 by check or money order to send a prize worth $2,536,092.23. The company was Financial Acquisition Agency with a PO Box 527800 in Miami Fl 33152-7800. Also, if you send a check, and the tracking form they ask you to send with a signature, the fine print on the back states that you are authorizing them to deduct funds from your account, so you are just setting yourself up if you respond to this. Why can't these people be caught and stopped?
