I cancelled my automatic shipments of Visalus products. they had not yet shipped products in June until after I called and cancelled. I did not accept the shipment.When UPS arrived with products, I instructed them to return it to Visalus because all further orders were cancelled. I received confirmation from UPS that the package was accepted back at Visalus. the package had been unopened. I was charged $263.00 on my credit card despite my cancellation. Visalus refused to refund my money. So they ended up with products that they could re-sell and with my money! With further research, I discovered that Visalus does this type of thing all the time! They make it nearly impossible for people to cancel products. They are a very BAD company and I would not recommend anyone doing business with them and to definitely NOT EVER allow automatic shipments to begin because they will take your money and make it very difficult to ever cancel. They stole $263.00 from me! I have been unsuccessful in getting my money refunded. Citibank credit card was also unsuccessful when a dispute was filed. They are not willing to work with anyone! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER RELATIONS! BEWARE of this company!!!
