PMT Assist took $30.00 out of my account without my consent. I don't even know who these people are. I want my money back but feel that will never happen. They just keep giving me the run around about the refund that was supposed to take place in 7 to 10 business days and this is the 11th day and now they say it will take 24 to 48 hrs for corporate to handle the situation. They won't let me speak to corporate office or the accounting department of their company and honestly I don't believe that they have either of the two. Today I closed my bank account so they couldn't take any more unauthorized money from me. Although I still want my $30.00 back from the ASAP!!!!
