I allowed my son to purchase minecraft for his laptop on or about January 23, 2013. The amount of $27.17 cleared my bank account on January 25, 2013. This is fine. The complaint I have is that my son downloaded a FREE game for minecraft AFTER watching a complete tutorial/demo THAT REPEATEDLY STATED IT WAS FREE. However my account was charged another $27.17 and cleared yesterday, January 29, 2013. The reason I believe this occurred, is my son hit 'accept' to what he thought were the terms of agreement, when in fact it was automatic advertisement 'pop ups.' I believe this happens on purpose to confuse consumers and cause such charges to happen. Please remove this fee at once from my account associated with the email (Personal Information Removed).

thank you.

I will be filing a complaint with my banking instituation blocking any such charges to my account from minecraft. I will also seriously thing about uninstalling the game from my sons laptop and xbox to eliminate his playing the game at all. This is a scam that must be stopped at once!!!!!

Respectfully,

Pamela L. Dyer,
FURIOUS MOTHER OF MINECRAFT GAMER!
