In Oct./12 I ordered trial offer of prograce/reverge cream, The charge was $16.06.
I was under the assumption I could try this product sample for 30 days, if I liked it I could order it monthly. The skin on my face burned after using, so I decided I didn't want more product, but only paid $16.00 so I wasn't out too much.
Oct.12/12 my visa was charged $73.87 &$90.47.
The parcel they sent was returned at post office unopened.
Nov.11/12 my visa was charged $75.52 & $92.49.
This parcel they sent was also sent back unopened.
Dec.11/12 my visa was charged $74.22 & $90.90.
and I never received anything.
So I'm being charged and have absolutely nothing for it!!!!
I did email them twice and so far only received $67.11 credit towards my visa.
This has been so stressful, my husband is so angry at me, and I don't sleep well at night.
What can I do? Look forward to hearing from you.
Thank you
Eileen Stalzer
