I received a huge manilla envelop in the mail yesterday which had EXPRESS NOTICE on it and on the front was Rapid Notice in huge letters with the return address that I've just posted here. It contained the same letter as in listed by the first complaint in your posting. I thought about sending the twenty dollars just to see if it was the scam I thought it was but I didn't. Instead I went to the web and looked at your pages and saw there the identical letter I'd received. Thanks so much for your posting of that as it saved me twenty. I don't usually fall for thses things but this was interesting in that it wanted such a small amount. Isn't this a type of fraud that could be prosecuted by the postal people???
