PILOT COURIER IS SMART KOURIER NOW (FRAUD AND CHEATS) Bewareeee of M.M.IQBAL……

I had a problem when I was moving my container from Toronto to uae. I had made payments of about $3200(I have the receipt and bank transfer details) to an agent in Mississauga who told me I will be getting the bill of lading 3-4 days before to get the container released here also gave him extra $35 for the courier. the container reached on 26th September and I moved with my family to an empty apartment on 09.24.2012 as I was expecting the container since I was getting all my stuff from furniture to towels n curtains everything. Now t he agent tells me he lost the money which he was supposed to transfer to freight forwarder so I can get the container released, he told me to give him 2-3 days to arrange the money which he did not arrange. He said he was not able to arrange $3000 which is not a big amount as he is running a business there, for me I should not have been worrying about it, but I still was as the container was mine the stuff in the container at that moment would be worth $5000 (if you sell the stuff) but If I have to buy everything here it would cost me $15000 + 3244(which I had paid him already), which means he took advantage of the situation. We had been in the apartment since 09.24.2012, and then I had to borrow money to buy curtains, rods, beds, children could not sleep on the ground. I had to pay so much money for a small thing like getting clothes ironed, which means I got into debt by buying things that I already had, and would be paying interest on it.I went through the worst days of my life new place I had to start everything from scratch with 2 kids one 4yrs old and one not even 1yr old, my kids were cranky all the time my wife and myself were so stressed and all this went for 3weeks, by no fault of mine. I had to pay extra fee as the container was sitting at the port for 3 weeks. He clearly took advantage of the situation and my family went through a very tough time. I have all sms's e-mails and receipts about the payments I made to him.
Finally I had to ask a friend of mine to make the payment again through the agent and he gave 2 post dated cheques one 12.01.2012 and the other 12.15.2012 and a letter saying he will bare legal charges if the cheques have not been deposited yet as they will bounce(checked with the bank already). Those were made under my friends name ,now when he went to deposit the cheques (SEVERAL TIMES)there is no money in his account.
Now I am back in Toronto went to meet Mr.MM.Iqbal of Pilot Courier(Personal Information Removed), came to know he is out of the country in Pakistan, will be back in February and there is Smart Kourier now everything still remains the same except Pilot there is Smart Kourier and the new owner is Mr. Iqbals employee Ms.Naila Bhatti.
