I received the same Envelope today. Same Letter. I have a check written and ready to mail. My daughter just checked this and we learn it is a scam. What is more disturbing is that some of the complaints were filed in August and it is still going on? In this time of everyone struggling, losing their homes, and trying to survive, why hasn't the government done something about this? Who's taking the money?
