I am writing to you to file a formal complaint against Mcreasoft Solutions of La Mesa, CA. The product I bought from this company was called Hyperpress. The price of the software was $1,191.00. I bought it on the 15th of February 2012. Mcreasoft closed down the software in May of 2012. The product was advertised on the internet. It was advertised from January to May of 2012. I signed a contract. I will try to include a copy. I have written to them over 200 times requesting my money back. I have not contacted any other agency. I have not hired an attorney. I have not filed a lawsuit.I would like to have my money refunded.
