In October of 2009 I rented a vacation rental
from Las Vegas vacation rentals proprieter Oscar Rios for the month of July 1 2010- July 5 2010 I was sent a rental agreement asked to send a deposit of 450.00 with the completed application in the course of severalmonths I sent a simular amount addressed to Mr. Rios
in April 2010 I recieved a letter from Mr Rios stating that he was now longer the manager of the rental property that I had rented but assured me that my reservation would be honored by Gustavo Paz of Silver State Vacation rentals two weeks later I recieved a second letter from Mr Rios's attorney stating that Mr Rios was experiencing financial hardships
I tried to contact Mr Rios on several occasions to no avail the total deposit that is still owed to me by Mr Rios is 1,500
I filed complaint after complaint to no avail I have contacted the local media in Las Vegas I just dont understand how Mr Rios and Mr Paz can continue to rip off unsuspected individuals such as my self and the the city of Las Vegas continue to turn a blind eye
