Received a notice from my bank that I had a non sufficiant funds fee of $38.50 for a charge of $11.99 to my account. Had less than $10 in my account. Generally I don't cut this close but the month had been rough. I saw this and had to check into it. FYE*FYE*BSP VIP appeared on the information. Googled it to here, found their number and called them. The account info, "my" FYE account number, that was on the billing statement, was wrong. The last name on the account was spelled wrong. And my only email address I've had for 10 years wasn't the one they had on file. WTF I asked about a card that was sent out or any kind of information and they said yes, information was sent out in October. Of 2011. So I've figured, that's 15 months of $11.99 plus one nsf fee of $38.50 They've refunded 2 months for $23.98 and gave me a fax number to ask for a refund. I doubt I'll get a response. But this is rediculous. I'm asking for the remaining $194.37 which includes the overdraft fee.
