1/28/2013 - DO NOT order from Astermeds.com. I placed an order on 1/15/2013 by telephone and was told that a confirmation email would be sent as soon as payment went through. I called on 1/18/2013 and was told that my order has been sent to shipping and an email with tracking # would be sent in two days when order shipped. On 1/22/2013, no email so called and called and called... no answer to this date. Apparently, my # is flagged and they will not answer my calls anymore. I emailed customer service through their website and asked them to call me because I am believing that I am being scammed. Still nothing. They got a $137 out of me.

Karen, after you placed the order. Your order was charged after the 24 hrs and then shipped which within 2 DAYS. Your order was shipped on 17th Jan and was traceable on 19th Jan. It takes this time for custom verification.
We already send you tracking number. And see your order is now OUT OF CUSTOMS which means you will be receiving the order within next 1-2 working days..May be due to technical issues we are unable to receive your call. We did not flag your number.
