Do not give this dealership any business. They are more crooked than any other dealership on the face of the earth. You may agree to a price but when you get your final contract they will add to the amount and you did not pay what you had originally agreed to. I bought a 2008 Mercedes E350 and we agreed to a payment plan of payments on the downpayment all to be paid within 30 days of the purchase of the vehicle. I was forced to sign blank paperwork; i.e. sales contract, bill of sale, mileage statement, etc. When I went to make my final payment on the downpayment, the finance officer Juan Carlos was not at the dealership. The finance manager verified the amount of the sale of the vehicle at $19,998 just like I agreed and said they would send me my documents since I lived almost an hour away in Miami. Once I finally received my documents after talking to the lender who was trying to verify the loan and I could not since I had no documents. They revealed that not only was the term longer than I was told to 72 months from 60 but also the price was not $19,998 but $25,588.58. Also the lender disclosed that the mileage statement said 22,000 miles when in fact the car had 59,187 miles the day I took possession of it. There was also a list of things the dealership was supposed to fix or provide for the car that were missing. To date only 2 of the 10 items were completed and the first one was to repair the low beam light on the passenger side and unbeknown to me the shady service department there installed after market lights and I now will have a constant error message due to the fact that they do not produce the correct wattage the car requires. Prior to installing any aftermarket parts, approval fom myself should have been gotten. But also the day they had my vehicle to do this work for 8 hours, 100 miles were put on the vehicle and the storage pouch on the back of the driver's seat was ripped off the seat on one side. 60 days later I do not have my permanent plates as of yet and now they want me to bring the car in for an inspection. Also last weekend I had to put $1,450 worth of repairs and maintenance on the vehicle that they had not done previously.

I am in the process of a lawsuit with this dealer and welcome any other customers who have been ripped off completely to join in and make it a class action suit and put this scam artist dealership out of business for good.
