Charge $145 for renew greencard

My wife renewed my son's green card and somehow get to this site that appears to be INS government site. The site is tricky- It said it costs $145 to open account to renew green card. I was busy at the timing fixing my shower room and let my wife did proceed, until later she told me the site is blah blah .com. Then, I said she should not use .com commercial site, she should use .gov. Anyway, we called the credit card company to cancel the account and will disbute the charge, and this morning called the company and they agree a full refund. According INS, this type of service and pretending web site are illegale. Later we also found out from INS it actually will cost $300 to file because kid is over 14.
