TRIED TO PURCHASE A CAR & WAS LITERALLY TAKEN FOR FOR THE DOWN PAYMENT & SOLD A DEFECTIVE CAR. I CONTINUED TO COMPLAINED & ASKED THE BANK FOR HELP BUT THEY SAID AFTER I SIGNED THE PAPERS IT WAS THE DEALERS CHOICE TO LET ME OUT OF THE CONTRACT. AFTER 2 WEEKS THE DEALER TOOK THE FIRST DEFECTIVE CAR BACK & TOLD ME I HAD TO GIVE HIM MORE MONEY TO GET OUT OF THE DEAL BECAUSE PA LAW DOESN'T REQUIRE HIM TO REFUND MONEY. THERES A WHOLE LOT OF UNDERHANDED THINGS GOING ON.
