Was called on a interveiw for the new Casino.Had aleast 50 or 60 people in a room,prior to the you would do interveiw called twice to make sure you were coming and what to bring to interveiw which required 2 resumes, brought everyone up stairs like a bunch of cattle. sat us in a room had 3 females at a desk played music and ask everyone 2 questions. 1-what would you do if someone handed you a lottery ticket worth 357 million and your life. No one on one interveiw. Now these people don't know you from adam but after you answered 3 front desk females went outside came back ad said to about 40 people see ya basically. How callused. The Plain dealer needs to hear about this and Thistledown needs to re-visit their hiring pratice.If they got paid bye the number of heads showed up,they did good or number of applicants they had they also did good specially noted they kept about 15 people only.
