Charges of $12.99 plus tax was on 12-22-12. They said that would be refunded when I found out I was being charged for something I wasn't even using all or looking up. I have been again charge $9.99 for 1-22-13 billing. They are charging my U.S. Cellular number. How can they do that? I want it all refunded. I told them to take me off their list. What do i do get them to repay me. I can't afford these charges on my already expense phone bill. Main person on phone bill is Catherine A. Popke, and I am listed as a person who can talk about it.
