After getting off the bus, I found out that my luggage have been lost during the trip from New York to Cincinnati. When I asked the bus driver, where is my luggage he said that he will be going to investigate and any information obtained we will let you know later he told me that he could not find my luggage and then instructed me to report the headquarter in New York where the luggage was carried from. I follow up and I filed the report to them, they told me, they will get back to you as soon as we find anything. And eventually,I was told that they could not find that either. and after that I went to the police office to file attempt to file.
Therefore, I hereby to file a complaint against the skyhorse Company to request an reimbusement
