I'm filing this complaint against this company that is a scam, fraudulent and trying to steal your money.
Before i placed my order, i contacted "BA HAIR APPEARANCE" and asked all the necessary questions about the item that
i was going to buy. I bought a hair piece from the merchant who's name is "Brandon Backhouse from BA hair appearance".
This item is called, Think Skin Base with Injected hair piece. And they charged me $40 extra and total $276.00 because i was told that it takes a long time
to make and the hair is Injected. I asked how many hair were injected per spot, they replied" 2 hairs per spot" i asked how long is this going to take,
they replied," 6 weeks",but it was delayed 3 weeks. I wrote all of my hair specs ,measurement, density and mailed to the company
and confirmed with person that took my order and asked them that i will not accept if it is not matching my hair specs or not as describe.
However, once i received the item, it was not even closed to what the seller described, such as the density was extremely thick, the size
was not matching my template and," it was not 2 hair Injected per spot" like the seller promised. It was a loop of 4 - 6 hair Injected per spot
and the hair wasn't even Injected, it was a total lie and deception. I also requested Free Style with No Crown,but it had a bird's nest
awful crown,which means the styling of the hair piece is limited. After that ,i contacted the seller and explained the problems and tried to resolve
the issue,but the only resolution they offered me was to Repair it and will have to wait for another 5 - 6 weeks . But the this item was not even reparable and fixable one, plus every other hair company offers their customers a full money back guarantee or remake if the item as not as describe.
They have not refunded my money,even though i returned the item back to the seller in the condition it was received and lost further shipping cost on this garbage.
This has been the worst online purchasing experience ever. So i'm warning people to NOT place or do any kind of business
with " BAHAIRAPPEARANCE". You will regret and throw your hard earn money in the trash can, do not trust this scam company.
There are so many other complaints that have been filed by other buyers about this fraudulent company on other website, so folks watch out
and do not make the same mistake i made, you will be disappointed.
