This morning I required service to wash my car. And one of staff took control of my car. 30 minutes later, after finish to wash my car the key didn't appear. I required to talk with Manager center about matter, and the excuse was that he had available in this moment. I treated to talk who could be responsible about the incident; and none wanted be responsible. It is not professional. Even though I paid, the receipt didn't show name of company, telephone and address, this is not right. I was losing my time for about 3 hours to bring copy key 40 miles from this site. My complain to this center is that they should be professional and responsible with customers. Staff should use uniform with respective name and title, as well, receipts should be provide formally instead a simple piece of paper.
