Lorenzo met up with me I think around second or third week of Sept.The first thing he tells me (after we introduced ourselves)is I have already called TD merchant and cancelled and by the time I'm done you'll agree will what I have to offer.I told him very specifically I hardly use this method of payment and the $70 i spend a month is to much.I also told him that was why he is here,to give me a price /per/month less than what I'm paying now.In the last 3 months I had no credit cards used.He and I went through some questions,which were hypothetical for eg how much in credit cards visa or mastercard would I do on a good month.I said way before the internet I use to do $10,000 to $20,000.But now I hardly use it that's why your here.The person that called me original had told me they could beet $70 /month and I could be looking at as low as $40/month.Of course I was interested.Which brings me back to Lorenzo He made me a bunch of promises eg #1 The cancellation fee will be paid back to me #2 I would receive a laptop worth $300 as a gift #3 After the lease is over in 5 yrs I will own the machine free and clear and any updating changes or repairs to the machine will be at no cost to me.#4 Lorenzo had to write in some more info that I insisted he do and I initialed it as well.#5 I also told him that I wanted an exact copy of what I just initialed ,I even suggested i photo it and he gave me the excuse of it had to be reviewed by a supervisor first but again promised to mail me my copy. There were more empty promises but I think as you can see those three promises lol are enough.I have been trying to sort out this mess this person has done to me under lies or should I say false pretenses.So for being truthful right from the beginning I stuck with the lies this Lorenzo preached to me and how many others got the same BS.I am extremely disappointed.Now today after trying to play by your rules and regulation some 4 months I was told by Reenu Sharma (axxess)that she finally found my application for my $250 credit to compensate for TD merchant cancellation fees of $250 way back when.I wish this nightmare would go away .

  • Why are you looking for other POS terminals when Axxess Payments is offering the one of a kind service on the same? You will have a great experience to use this portal particularly when you are buying something online or in any kind of transaction process.

  • In the past, we worked with 4 different organizations for software, billing, consulting and training. Now, we use Axxess and our operations have been streamlined. We opened new offices and have been able to leverage their web based home health software to decrease costs.

  • Since I was moving my business operation to another geographic, I wanted to terminate the contract with Axxess. I actually anticipated a lot of trouble, but surprisingly the guys at Axxess did a complete analysis of our current account, gave a correct and clear estimate of the percentage

    we had to pay on our credit card transactions. The entire process concluded systematically and of course to my satisfaction. Way to go Axxess!

  • The thing that interests me about Axxess is the way they helped my business move seamlessly from the previous service provider to their system. The process was so smooth that I did not feel the effect at all.
    They are the most cared ones. Many things are quite interesting after switching into it. Contracts for registration, leasing, all are awesome. The systems they are using are fantabulous.

  • Our retail set up is located in a small city in Canada and my peers suggested I should change over to a modern payment processing system, something different from the traditional cash registers and card readers! I came in contact with an executive from Axxess Payments and was fairly taken in with what he explained. My store is all set to sign up for POS services with Axxess. Hope it works out and the service lives up to expectations
