I responded to an ad in Kijiji for a female Pomeranian puppy. The contact was Roberta Jane ([email protected]). She said she's from Halifax and she want to get rid of her puppy because it was her daughter's who died 2weeks ago. She was selling it for $300(Canadian)but I we ended up agreeing for $200. She then sent the puppy to a shipping agency,and the agency contact me via phone and email that they receive the puppy and I have to send the payment via Western Union. I do have all my conversation with Roberta Jane and Intercontinental Shipping Agency. Now, they are asking for $780 (Canadian)for them to deliver the puppy. According to the agency, their headquarters is located in Thailand. $200(Cnd)+$22 fee from Western Union is the amount that I lost.

- I have also responded to roberta Jane about adopting a kitten few days ago which i saw the ad online. She told me I only had to pay $250 for the transportation charge then everything will be sorted. today I went to remit the money and straight after I have got an email demanding for 780 additional. Sent email back and said no way im giving more money, an email was sent back saying she only has got 400 and I sort out the balance. After all these, Then I realised it was a scam. Really gutted. Same senerio as yours, exactly. :( Same contact person, same shipping agency. Have you made a police report?
