I signed up for 36 mo. debt settlement for 50,000 in business debt, they proposed 19,000 in settlement with 5,000 legal fee,debt settlement fee 2500 bank fee 340. monthly attorney fee 84.95nitial fee 204.But as strictly a debt settlement company, they should not have charged any fees until a settlement was arranged with the creditors. I know they operate as two entities,with lawyers backing them,so they charge these outrageous fees for a year without keeping collection people off your back. Now I had a judgment against me,so had to pay the collection attorneys, and canceled the debt settlement people, lost $8,000. there. Don't deal with debt settlement companies,talk with your creditors and make a deal!
