This message is being sent on 18th of January. I have previously emailed your support team (listed as contact us on your official website); however, I have not received a response within 48 hours and hence I am contacting you again. This really looks like a scam.

My previous email before was as follows:

Hello, I have ordered this product for a little more than 24 hours now. And I am really disappointed The 1st book consists of less than 10 pages of information related to natural remedies of hair loss or totalhairregrwoth as you claimed previously. The 2nd book has about 1 page which basically repeated itself. Although, I haven't read the 3rd book, I notice that it is no where relevant to hair. Finally, you claimed you are no doctor but a researcher. If so, why do I see no references in your books? I was expecting some scientific basis for your remedies such as academic journals. In short, the information presented in the book is not new or have any scientific basis. I have learned it through purchasing many different books on hair loss. And, I have tried the remedies presented in your book previously and they haven't worked for me. It still adds the regular pattern of hair loss, which is about 50-100 hairs per day. Plus, it does not stop hair from receding. I am a male. So, I would kindly like to ask for a complete refund for this product. Thank you. -
