Last October I heard their "free trial" offer on the radio several times, so decided to order. I never received the trial offer, but was sent a months supply and billed for them both in the months of October and November. I called and was told that after 14 days I was automatically enrolled in their plan - I NEVER received anything in writing, much less any kind of a contract. They agreed to a refund on the first packet, which I had thought was my trial offer. I returned the second packet immediately and was given a full refund, but have not received any refund on the first one.
