I asked for a 60$ plan, the CSR put it in for $40 buck plan. My internet turns off and they see a credit for $20 and adds it to make a 60 buck plan. internet turns off a day later. CSR says sorry, we cant switch it like that. you have the pay th whole $60 again so you can have that plan or wait it out til next month and upgrade to 60. i asked Can I please speak to a supervisor...put me on hold. picked up and said not available, i said ill way...he hung up on me. They hang up on you instead of letting you explain the chain of events to a supervisor. They are the Worst!!!!
