Comcast cables have been connected from my residence and to the next door neighbors residence for quite some time. The cable has been sloppy and hanging dangerously in my back yard for years. During the last storm, the cable finally let loose and is now hanging from the power lines to the ground, and up then to the neighbors house. Not knowing yet whose cable this is, I contacted PG&E. A repair crew came out immediatly.PG&E also informed me to not to attempt to touch any cables, for they can be dangerous. Forward instructions were to contact COMCAST. So I did. Having an appointment the following day with your CABLE COMPANY, nobody responded. The following week, JANUARY 23, 2103, I contacted COMCAST again, being informed a repair crew would arrive. As of this day JANUARY 24, 2013,still no response. I kindly called COMCAST again, spoke with a supervisor, by the name of BRIAN. He advised me to cut the cable down my self. HOW DANGEROUS IS THAT? No help, because of Money? TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR CABLES THAT ARE A DANGER, if they are a current customer or not...... CAN U IMAGINE IF I WAS A CURRENT CUSTOMER........ Would i be treated any better?????? Whose to know..... I would take my business else where. Thank you......
