Lipe-Slim and Natural Cleanse

I read about Lipo-Slim and Natural Cleanse 14-day trial on a site by Rachel Ray. I like her and saw that it had been on Dr. Oz show, which I respect. I ordered the products 12-12-12 through one website listed under Lipo-Slim. I received an acknowledgement and confirmation of shipment of my order 12-13-12. After using the products I decided it wasn't for me. I contacted the phone number from my credit card statement for the LipoSlim and through a recording was asked if I would keep the scheduled product for 59.99 each. No, I still wanted to discontinue. It then asked me to keep it and be charged only 39.99 each. No, I still want to discontinue. Lastly, I was told I could keep the recently sent product for 19.99 and any further orders would be cancelled. Fine, I can do that. I could expect my payment difference refunded in the next couple days.

Even though this contact was made with them December 26, 2012, they still charged my credit card $79.99 and 79.98 December 27th and 28th, respectively. Even though I didn't plan to use it, I still have not received the product I ended up paying full price for after they said it would be $19.99.
