On April 14, I purchased 2 swimsuits. I returned them and they were received on 4/21 (verified through USPS tracking). After e-mails sent on 5/23, 5/25, 6/3, 6/14, 6/16, and 6/20; and two phone messages, I have heard nothing regarding my return. During all of this, I couldn't access my account online; then two weeks ago, I was able to get into my account but my purchase history has been erased. I have filed claims with the Better Business Bureau, American Express, and the FTC. As of 6/28 I have still heard nothing.

I bought Swimlocker in February of 2012.
When I found this complaint online, I looked back through the order records. There are no orders in the entire month of April for $77.31. History of orders is not able to be erased in our system. Whether orders are cancelled, refunded or shipped, they appear in numerical order. All orders are showing and none for that amount.
In fact, there was only one order that was paid via American Express in April 2011 at all and it was for a different amount and not for the purchase of swimsuits.
I believe this complaint must have been made by one of our competitors, who is very unethical.
At Swimlocker we strive to give great service and keep the lowest prices on swim gear online.
We are a family run business & strive to give great service at prices that can't be beat.
