I was filling out information to purchase tickets for Disney on ice for Fe. 28 th 2013 in Ottawa. I tought I was on an official site for buying the tickets. I had completed all the credit card info, etc.. but had not hit the final "confirm information and complete purchase" as i was unsure if I wanted to go ahead. The session timed out and I decided I did not want to purchase the tickets at this time so I left the website. I then recieved confirmation of my purchase and when i contacted customer service about getting this reversed they very rudely told me there was no refunds period, not their problem. I now have 3 very over-priced tickets that i do not want nor did i actually purchase. I should have paid 120.93 $ according to the official tickets but Tickets-Center charged me 435.00$ U.S. That was a misrepresentation from their part and fraud!! They should be pursued by the Justice and reimbourse the victims and paid for their dommage. We all equal ''devant la Justice'' Their Web site is nothing but a Con-Artists. Visa, Master Card and others should be advised of the activities of Tickets-Enter if a victim made a contestation of the purchase. If I bought something in person in a store i can return the marchndise if i am not satisfy. Why can i not do something when i do it on Internet with some vendors specialy when i realise that i was scam by them??
