I believe Wall Mart Pharmacy used my insurance info for others which do not have insurance. This approach is insurance fraud and I am asking for investigation please.
My prescription amount was around $21.00 but I am not sure how much others charged to my insurance. Also it is not first time and it happened several times.

- Depends on why and which amount they charge to insurance. For me Apology from the business or individual is ok but I am sure insurance company need more serious approach.
