i was walking out of my bank when two men in a brand-new white SUV BMW approached me who said they were salesmen of high-quality home theater systems and got an extra one in their order by accident and wanted to basically just sell it.
They showed me an order form saying 2 on it (when they had 3 in their vehicle). They had a brochure showing the reatil price of $2799, I asked to see the website, which they did that showed the retail price of $2799 as well. they wanted a $1,000 I told them i literally only had $380 and they accepted it. Their story was that they had to meet their manager in a few minutes who would have just taken the system for himself, so they wanted to sell it to someone who needed it.
The driver was a white male, 5'11" with dirty blonde hair. The passenger was East Indian, 6'1", who said his name was Ron.
And like in other reviews, as they were leaving they said if i ever ran into them i should buy them a beer for giving me such a good deal.
