I ordered the starter kit on 12/21/12 and have had no response as of 1/23/13 they had no problem charging my credit card at the time of the order. We mailed the product back on 1/08/13 and have not recieved any response. Your web site says the store says it is closed. Iwould like to know if this is a scam operation?
